Brian has 40 years experience in high risk work environments in a progressive career spanning operational, project management, construction, safety, health and environmental (SHE) and senior leadership roles for a FTSE:25 transmission company and for the last 10 years in consultancy roles. He has worked in client and contractor roles and has an extensive knowledge of CDM.
With a proven leadership record influencing organisational culture and designing / implementing behavioural change programmes, Brian has delivered significant business performance improvements in challenging environments.
As a Chartered Member of IOSH, registered on the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register (OSHCR) and an Incorporated Engineer with the IET, Brian provides a wealth of knowledge in HV engineering and SHE issues. He is focused on understanding and fulfilling customers' requirements to passionately drive enhanced performance.
